This is a conversation with Dr. Stephanie Ferguson, a global health care consultant with more than 35 years of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating health-related strategic plans and programs. She has worked in more than 100 nations as a technical advisor, consultant, and facilitator for the World Health Organization and the International Council of Nurses.  At ICN, she directed the Leadership for Change program and the ICN Burdett Global Nursing Leadership Institute in Geneva, Switzerland. Dr. Ferguson was a White House Fellow from 1996 to 1997 with President Clinton and Secretary Shalala at the Department of Health and Human Services.She is the president of the White House Fellows Foundation and Association. Dr. Ferguson is an elected member of the National Academy of Medicine, the American Academy of Nursing, at the National Academies of Practice. She is a consulting associate professor at Stanford University. Find the Interview here
