Join us to explore technology's diversity gap through the lens of acclaimed documentary*CODE: Debugging the Gender Gap.* [*CODE: Debugging the Gender Gap*](http://www.codedocumentary.com/) exposes the dearth of American female and minority software engineers and explores the reasons for the gap. *CODE* raises the question: what would society gain from having more women and minorities code?

Arrive between 6 and 6:30 to grab popcorn and a good seat, as the screening will begin at 6:30 sharp. At 8:10, we'll begin our panel discussion with *CODE*'s own director [Robin Hauser Reynolds](http://www.codedoc.co/meet-the-crew/), Harvard Business School Professor [Robin Ely](http://www.hbs.edu/faculty/Pages/profile.aspx?facId=7287), Harvard Kennedy School Professor [Robert Livingston](http://www.hks.harvard.edu/about/faculty-staff-directory/robert-livingston), and [Joan Parsons](http://www.svb.com/profile/Joan-Parsons/) of Silicon Valley Bank[](http://www.svb.com/profile/Joan-Parsons/). Then at 9, we'll continue the conversation over drinks and snacks at our post-panel reception in the Eliot Lyman room (just a floor up from Askwith).

Sponsored by Silicon Valley Bank and hosted by the Harvard Business School Digital Initiative, CODE@HBS, and Harvard Alumni for Education.
